I found one of her posts over the weekend - messaged her with my requests of a sourdough loaf and assorted bagels and when I’d like to pick them up, she makes sure things are freshly baked day of! .. Betsy was so amenable and sweet which made for a great first experience !! I will be back … many many more times heheh
